All Managers/Coaches must have the following:

5. Familiarize yourself with RBC's Lightning Policy

6. At least one Manager or Coach is CPR/AED certified per team

Certifications from accredited CPR/AED training organizations are accepted.

7. Completed Background Check and Abuse Training (required annually)
