2026 RECREATION BASEBALL REGISTRATION
FOR ROOKIE LEAGUE
TYPICALLY FOR PLAYERS AGE 6 and 7 - May 1, 2018 to April 30 2020
ROOKIE LEAGUE (f/k/a Minor League) (Coach/Kid Pitch, Age 6 and 7) Players that will be 6 or 7-year-olds (5/1/2018 to 4/30/2020) will generally play in the Rookie League (which in prior years we called the Minor League). The Rookie League may further be divided into the Atlantic and Pacific Divisions which breakdown players by age. The Rookie League is a developmental non-competitive league for boys and girls and at the younger level it combines both coach and kid pitched innings, the exact configuration to be determined. The league typically plays twice during the week on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, plus a game on Saturday at the RBC Complex. The weekday sessions may be games or practices depending on the makeup of the league. Coaches concentrate on teaching basic baseball rules and skills and a softer baseball is used for safety. In the Rookie League, we try to accommodate parental requests for players to play with friends, but requests are not guaranteed. Refund Policy
Before 2/15/2026 Refund is registration fee less $25.00 admin fee.
After 2/15/2026 Refund is registration fee less $100.00 admin fee.
After 3/15/2026 No Refunds will be issued.
The fee for Rookie League Baseball is $325, plus a $100 refundable Work Bond fee per family. A $35 discount is provided for each additional family member.
If you register by January 31st, you will receive a $50 early bird discount.
The $100 work bond will be added to registration when payment is finalized. Only one work bond fee will be assessed per family. The work bond is fully refundable upon satisfaction of work bond requirements. Please See Volunteer Opportunities and Work Bond FAQ for details.
